Church & Dodge Market Arrives in Evanston
Before going viral on social media or building your own brick-and-mortar, markets were places where folks would gather to sell their goods and engage with their community. We love that markets haven’t lost their touch with many of our residents, visitors, and vendors looking forward to the seasonal markets popping up throughout Evanston.
Formerly known as the West End Market, the 22-year old market has taken on a new name: the Church & Dodge Market. Together with its partners and planning committee, the Church & Dodge Market is looking forward to bringing artisans, musicians, and small business owners together for a monthly fest. Member of the Church & Dodge Business Association, Drew Atienza shared, “The goal is to bring people together. We’re really excited to support businesses in Evanston’s 5th Ward and to have a platform for established businesses to support young entrepreneurs, students, and build an even stronger community.
